2019 McLaren Vale Nero d'Avola

A native to Sicily, Nero d’Avola has found a home here in McLaren Vale where it thrives in our maritime climate.  This single vineyard wine was hand plunged twice daily in a small open fermenter before gentle pressing to seasoned French oak.

A medium bodied wine with flavours of cherry, plums and dried herbs, it has fine savoury tannins and fresh acidity.
