2020 McLaren Vale Grenache

The fruit for our Grenache comes from the Blewitt Springs area, and was hand picked before crushing to a small open fermenter.  A cold soak was followed by twice daily hand plunging, before pressing to seasoned French oak Puncheons.

The wine has aromas of raspberry, cherry and lifted floral notes, with fine textured tannins, subtle spiciness and a concentrated mid palate.
