Handpicked Grenache was gently crushed and pressed to tank for a slow, cool fermentation, before being transferred to old French oak Puncheons for 4 months.

Pale apricot in colour, this aromatic dry Rosé has aromas of strawberry, citrus fruits and rosewater, with a fine texture on the palate.
